Zepatier is indicated for adults with HCV genotype 1 or 4 infection. It combines elbasvir and grazoprevir in one pill taken once daily without food for 12–16 weeks depending on treatment history and genotype subtype.

Zepatier is often preferred for patients with chronic kidney disease, including those on dialysis, as it requires no dose adjustment for renal impairment. Our pharmacists provide full treatment and monitoring support.
